We realize how important service is to our customers and PlanMagic Corporation has been praised for its excellent support. We guarantee to provide the best customer service possible at all times. Our experienced Customer Service and Technical Support team is available to answer any queries you may have.




We offer e-mail based priority technical support to all our registered customers. E-mail support is handled between 1 to 24 hours of the initial request depending on the time of day. During the first 12 months after purchase this is free, thereafter a support ticket is needed.


You can obtain additional support with a one-time pay-per-call service. You can ask questions on technical issues, but also get assistance with entering financial data into the financial projections.

Downloading again

If you lose the downloaded software (due to f.e. system crash), you can log in to the Clients Center and download again if you have any downloads left of the initial 5. If this is not the case, you'll need to submit a support request to enable another download. During the first 12 months after purchase this is free, thereafter a support ticket is needed.

Note: if a newer version is available and your free update period has expired, you will have to buy the update first!
