Once you login you can browse the Knowledgebase or the FAQs, and submit support tickets to receive priority support.

Our experienced Customer Service and Technical Support team is available to answer any queries you may have. Every product we sell comes backed by a full year of unlimited free technical support. We offer free e-mail based priority technical support to all our registered customers. E-mail support is handled between 1 to 24 hours of the initial request depending on the time of day.

    You can also chat with an online rep if the livesupport icon says ONLINE. If no rep is available the icon shows OFFLINE, but you can still leave a message which is treated with priority.

    PREMIER SUPPORT
    You can obtain additional support with a one-time pay-per-call service. You can ask questions on technical issues, but also get assistance with entering financial data into the financial projections.

    Up to 30 minutes, order an intake ticket for $75.00. For one hour, order a quantity of 2 (-25% discount). Order an intake ticket ($75.00).

    » Downloading again
    If you lose the downloaded software (due to f.e. system crash), you can log in to the Clients Center and download again if you have any downloads left of the initial 5. If this is not the case, you'll need to submit a support request to enable another download. During the first 6 months after purchase this is free, thereafter a support ticket is needed.

    If you wish to discuss your project, purchase an intake ticket. After receiving the order, one of our consultants will contact you by phone to discuss the details of your project with you.

    CD SHIPMENT
    You can check the shipment status of your CD if you ordered a product on CD. If the CD has been shipped you can find the tracking ID. You can find out online when your CD will arrive using the tracking ID link.
