Once you login you can browse the Knowledgebase or the FAQs, and submit support tickets to receive priority support.

Our experienced Customer Service and Technical Support team is available to answer any queries you may have.

    E-MAIL SUPPORT
    We offer e-mail based priority technical support to all our registered customers. E-mail support is handled between 1 to 24 hours of the initial request depending on the time of day. During the first 12 months after purchase this is free, thereafter a support ticket for another 12 months is needed.

    PREMIER SUPPORT
    You can obtain additional support with a one-time pay-per-call service. You can ask questions on technical issues, but also get assistance with entering financial data into the financial projections. For up to 30 minutes, order an intake ticket for $75.00. For one hour, order a quantity of 2 (-25% discount).

    FINANCIAL ASSISTANCE
    We can help you to get your financial plan started. For some of us, financial planning is not a piece of cake, and even if a program is made to 'make it easy', it still isn't. At PlanMagic we realize this, and we therefore offer assistance to pre-fill the financials with data you provide. Once the 'basics' are done, you can easily take it from there.

    Downloading again
    If you lose the downloaded software (due to f.e. system crash), you can log in to the Clients Center and download again if you have any downloads left of the initial 5. If this is not the case, you'll need to submit a support request to enable another download. During the first 6 months after purchase this is free, thereafter a support ticket is needed.

    Note: if a newer version is available and it's not a free update, you will have to buy the update first! We do provide downloads of previous versions for some products, but not for all.

    If you have a Skype account, you can contact us using Skype when we're online and available.

    CD SHIPMENT
    You can check the shipment status of your CD if you ordered a product on CD. If the CD has been shipped you can find the tracking ID. You can find out online when your CD will arrive using the tracking ID link.
